New pages.

Corrections.

  • Profound engine count: the reviews table showed "3" (the free trial's engines) while our review says up to nine. Tables now show both: "3 on trial · up to 9". Every engine count on the site now comes from one dataset.
  • Otterly.AI and Ahrefs prices quoted in our reviews (Otterly's engine and prompt add-ons, Ahrefs' core plans) were rechecked on the vendors' pricing pages and are unchanged.

New: reviews and head-to-heads. We added a comparison and review layer built on one product dataset, so every price is the same wherever it appears.

Rechecked prices (November 1). All tool prices were rechecked on the vendors' pages.

  • Ahrefs Brand Radar: corrected on the tools comparison. Ahrefs' help centre lists $199 a month per AI platform index and $699 for all platforms; we previously showed only "from $199" and said platforms weren't itemised.
  • Profound: its pricing page still lists only a free trial and custom Enterprise pricing.
  • AthenaHQ: added to the dataset (free Essential plan; Starter $295).
  • Otterly.AI, Peec AI, Scrunch, Semrush and cite-met prices were unchanged.

Updated: Does llms.txt matter?. Added a disclosure: the Observatory data it discusses comes from cite-met, which we own.

Updated: website platforms by AI-readiness. Added a section on default AI-crawler blocking: Cloudflare's new defaults from September 15, 2026, Squarespace's AI crawler toggle, and Wix's robots.txt guidance.
